These Terms & Conditions govern your use of summerkillebrew.com and your purchase or use of services offered by Summer Killebrew Coaching, a business of Summer Killebrew LLC.
By using this website, submitting a form, scheduling a call, purchasing a service, or participating in coaching, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Coaching Services
Summer Killebrew Coaching provides personal growth and life coaching for entrepreneurs.
Coaching may include conversations, questions, exercises, resources, reflection, accountability, and action planning designed to support your personal and professional growth.
The specific structure, length, price, and terms of a coaching service may vary by offer. Any additional terms presented on a sales page, checkout page, scheduling page, coaching agreement, or purchase confirmation are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Coaching Is Not Therapy or Professional Advice
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service.
Summer Killebrew Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and does not replace care from a qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional.
You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support whenever needed.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional.
Client Responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for:
Your decisions, choices, actions, and results
Determining whether coaching is appropriate for you
Participating honestly and actively
Completing any exercises or actions you choose to undertake
Seeking licensed professional advice when appropriate
Communicating questions, concerns, or scheduling needs promptly
You are free to accept, reject, or modify any idea, question, exercise, or suggested action discussed during coaching.
No Guarantee of Results
Coaching outcomes vary from person to person.
Summer Killebrew Coaching does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, business, financial, relationship, health, or professional results.
Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not promise that another person will achieve the same outcome.
Your results depend on many factors, including your circumstances, decisions, participation, effort, and follow-through.
Eligibility
The website and coaching services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.
By purchasing or participating in coaching, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into an agreement and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Scheduling and Rescheduling
Coaching sessions are scheduled through the booking method provided by Summer Killebrew Coaching.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling a session whenever possible.
A session missed without notice may be considered forfeited. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Summer Killebrew Coaching for emergencies or unusual circumstances.
Repeated cancellations, missed sessions, or inappropriate conduct may result in the suspension or termination of coaching services.
Command Your Life
Command Your Life is a complete 12-session private coaching program.
Weekly 60-minute sessions are recommended to support consistency and momentum. Clients have up to six months from the date of purchase to use all 12 sessions unless another written arrangement is made.
Command Your Life purchases are non-refundable.
Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited. Rescheduling is permitted when needed, with at least 24 hours’ notice requested whenever possible.
Private Coaching
Private coaching may be purchased as a single session or as a multi-session package.
The number of sessions, price, scope, and any package-specific terms will be displayed on the relevant sales page, checkout page, purchase confirmation, or coaching agreement.
Private coaching is customized to the client’s goals but does not guarantee that every topic, concern, or desired result can be fully resolved within a specific number of sessions.
Payments and Payment Plans
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
When you select a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled installment charges described during checkout. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method until the balance is paid in full.
A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price. It is not a month-to-month cancellation arrangement.
If a scheduled payment fails, coaching services may be paused until the account is brought current.
Refunds
Refund terms may vary by service and will be stated on the applicable sales page, checkout page, purchase confirmation, or coaching agreement.
Command Your Life purchases are non-refundable.
Purchasing a coaching package reserves time and access to services. Failure to attend, schedule, or fully use purchased sessions does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Communication
Routine communication is conducted primarily by email.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking your inbox, spam folder, scheduling notices, and purchase communications.
Email support may be included with certain programs or packages. Unless specifically stated, email communication is not intended to provide unlimited, immediate, emergency, or around-the-clock coaching.
Confidentiality
Summer Killebrew Coaching will use reasonable care to protect information shared during private coaching.
However, confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is required by law, reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm, needed to collect an unpaid balance, or required to protect legal rights.
Coaching sessions are not protected by the same legal privilege that may apply to therapy, legal representation, or certain licensed professional relationships.
You agree not to record a coaching session without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, including written materials, coaching exercises, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, branding, downloads, videos, and other resources, are owned by or licensed to Summer Killebrew LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use materials provided to you for your own personal or business development.
You may not, without written permission:
Copy or reproduce materials for distribution
Sell, license, publish, or share paid materials
Teach or present the materials as your own
Upload materials to a shared platform or database
Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices
Use the materials to create a competing program or product
Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or connected systems
Disrupt, damage, or interfere with website operation
Submit false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful information

Results vary, and testimonials do not constitute a promise, representation, or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summer Killebrew Coaching makes no warranty that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
Website information is provided for general educational and informational purposes and should not be relied upon as licensed professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summer Killebrew LLC and Summer Killebrew Coaching will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, coaching services, materials, third-party platforms, or decisions made based on coaching or website content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summer Killebrew LLC and Summer Killebrew Coaching from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of coaching materials.
Termination of Services
Summer Killebrew Coaching may end or pause a coaching relationship when reasonably necessary, including for:
Nonpayment
Repeated missed sessions
Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
Material violation of these Terms
Requests outside the scope of coaching
A determination that coaching is no longer appropriate or productive
If Summer Killebrew Coaching ends a prepaid service for reasons unrelated to client misconduct or breach, any refund or credit will be considered based on the circumstances and applicable written agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through direct written communication.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Changes to These Terms
Summer Killebrew Coaching may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of the website or services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
